摘　　要：社交网瘾是伴随社交网络和移动互联网发展而诞生的一种新型网瘾。我国青年生存的外部环境和自身的心理需求是造成社交网瘾的两大成因。政府、社会、学校、家庭和个人应形成合力,更新教育理念、降低青年生存压力、加强网络使用引导,从源头上制止青年社交网瘾的发生。Social network addiction is a new type of Internet addiction accompanied by the emergence of social network and the development of mobile Interne. The external environment and the psychological needs are the two main causes of the youth's social network addiction. Government, society, school, family and individual should unit to renewal education idea, to reduce youth survival pressure and to guide the network using, so that to prevent youth social Internet addiction from the source.
