摘  要:本文通过文献调研法和走访调查法,梳理了中小学《体育与健康课程》的知识体系,和走访了很多一线体育老师和专家,发现体育与健康课程知识教学实践中的几个不足:一、平行结构效果不佳;二、健康没有很好的融进体育课堂;三、体育和健康关系不明确,特提出健康知识分类融进体育实践教育课堂,并给出相应的建议。In this paper, through literature survey and visiting survey method, combing the knowledge system of primary and middle school"sports and health course", and visited a lot of a line of sports teachers and experts, found insufficient knowledge teaching practice of PE and health course:one, the poor performance of parallel structure;Second, the health is no good in sports class;Three and unclear relationship between sports and health, we put forward the health education knowl-edge classification in sports practice class, and gives corresponding Suggestions.
