摘　　要：人本主义心理学提出以人之特性构建心理学的方法论,重视人的社会属性和自我成长的内在需求。辅导员工作主要内容是做好大学生的思想政治教育,而谈心作为基础性的工作手段需要在技术路线层面进行提升。本文在人本主义心理学的咨询技术基础上,提出辅导员谈心工作水平提升的技术路线。The approach of humanistic psychology holds that the human-nature-based methodology highly values the social attributes and the needs of self-growth of mankind. The work of college counselors require that they must have all-round pro-fessional capabilities, and conducting the heart-to-heart talk, a basic working method, has to be improved in terms of the tech-niques. Based on counseling techniques of humanistic psychology, this article puts forward the technical roadmap that con-tributes to the enhancement of the heart-to-heart talk.
