摘　　要：传统高校德育工作偏重于理论教学、行为教育。新的时代背景下,大学生特点与教学需求均发生较大变化,传统的教育方法已经很难满足德育工作要求,面临严峻挑战。以志愿服务为载体探索高校德育工作新的途径和方法,建立新的高校德育工作体系,有助于解决传统德育工作方法单一、内容片面,效果不如人意等问题,最终实现德育工作教育目标。The traditional moral education in Colleges and universities emphasizes on theoretical teaching and behavior education. Under the background of the new era, the characteristics of college students and teaching needs have changed greatly,the traditional education methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of moral education, facing severe challenges.To explore the carrier of college moral education in the new ways and methods to establish volunteer service, the new system of moral education in colleges and universities, to help solve the traditional moral education method is single, one-sided content, the effect just passable and other issues, and ultimately achieve moral education goal.
