浅析高校学困生预警机制构建

摘　　要：学习困难不仅直接影响到学生的学习成绩,久而久之还会给学生造成心理上的影响,给学生本人及其家庭造成经济和精神上的双重压力;同时,这类学生数量日渐攀升也影响了高校的教育教学质量,影响我国人才强国战略的发展进程。深入分析大学生学习困难的形成原因,构建良好的预警机制,提前预测可能成为学习困难的学生并加以积极引导与帮助,对于促进学生健康成长、提高高等教育人才培养质量有着非常重要的意义。Learning difficulties not only directly affect the performance of students in the course of time, will cause the psychological impact to the students, causing mental and financial pressure to the students and their families; at the same time,the number of students is increasing also influence the teaching quality of colleges and universities, affect the development strategy of China's talent. Further analysis of the reasons for the formation of college students' learning difficulties, constructing the early-warning mechanism, advance prediction may become students with learning difficulties and active guidance and help to promote the healthy growth of students has a very important significance to improve the quality of talent cultivation of higher education.
