摘 要:教师是教育的主体和灵魂,教师的忠诚度直接影响教育教学质量的提高、师资的稳定和学校的发展。虽然近年来,各民办高校在师资队伍的忠诚度方面作了很多的努力,但教师队伍中依然出现工作积极性不高,敬业度及组织满意度下降,非正常离职加剧等情况,甚至部分教师还出现"厌教、厌生、厌学"的心理综合症。笔者通过实证研究,从忠诚危机的表现形式着手,从经济因素及非经济因素等方面找出提升忠诚度的相关对策。The teacher is the subject and the soul of education, teacher's loyalty directly affect the education quality, development of the school. Although in recent years, the private universities have made a lot of efforts in teaching staff's loyalty,but teachers still appear job enthusiasm is not high, and even some teachers also appeared 'tired of teaching, student weariness, weariness' psychological syndrome. Through empirical research, relevant countermeasures from the aspects of economic factors and non economic factors such as find enhance loyalty.
