摘　　要：21世纪以来,外贸行业日新月异并呈现出多元化多角度发展的迅猛势头。我国出口产品也从劳动密集型产品向技术密集型产品转变,交易方式也从传统线下模式往各种线上平台发展。因此,传统的国际贸易专业毕业大学生也慢慢地无法满足现在的人才市场需求。来着国贸专业人才市场信息表明,我们不仅要更新传统的国际贸易专业培养模式,更要提高国贸专业大学生的就业意识,尽早培养大学生就业素质,形成贴合国贸行业发展的人才观念。Since twenty-first Century, the foreign trade industry is changing rapidly and showing the rapid development of diversification and multi angle. China's export products also shift from labor-intensive products to technology intensive products, trading patterns from the traditional offline model to the development of a variety of online platforms. Therefore, the traditional international trade graduates can not meet the needs of the talent market. The China World Trade Center professional market information shows that we should not only renew the traditional international trade professional training mode, but also to improve the China World Trade Center professional college students' awareness of employment, as soon as possible to cultivate college students employment quality, the formation and development of China World Trade Center joint industry talent concept.
