摘　　要："80后"辅导员和"90后"大学生走上了共同的舞台,面对学生干部的培养,需要讲究一定的艺术,才能"征服"这群个性十足的新生代。文章立足实际工作中的所感所悟,从"用人"、"原则"、"协助"、"魅力"等四个方面逐一分析,以期实现辅导员在学生管理尤其是学生干部培养中的艺术价值。80s counselors and 90 s college students with the pace of the times together on the same stage, facing the student leaders' cultivation, it need to pay attention to some of the art, in order to 'conquer' the personality full of new generation. The article based on the thinks and feels of the actual work, analyzing the 'people', 'principle', 'help', 'charm' four steps one by one, in order to realize the artistic value of the instructor in the student management, especially the student leaders training.
