行业特色高校核心竞争力提升研究——以中国计量学院为例

摘　　要：文章以中国计量学院的战略发展为例,采用SWOT分析的方法,对案例高校战略发展的优势、劣势、外在环境提供的机会和威胁进行了深入分析,并从学校特色保持、师资队伍建设、管理制度完善和与行业企业的协同创新机制建立等方面提出了战略管理建议。The paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of industry university by SWOT based on the case of China Jiliang University. It puts forward some suggestions: keep-ing the characteristics, keeping high quality teachers, improving the management effective and building the collaborative innova-tion mechanism with corresponding firms.
