摘　　要：讨论了如何使用JSP技术设计和开发基于Web的化学结构检索系统。JSP是一种与平台无关的、有效的创建动态页面的技术,本文使用JSP技术建立了分子结构检索系统,通过Oracle数据库内部的Java存储过程实现了子结构匹配的功能,最后,系统还提供了图形化的二维结构输入界面和显示界面。The platform, architecture and technologies of chemical structures searching system are discussed. JSP is a platform independent technology specified as a convenient way of generating dynamic content in pages that are output by a Web application. It is used to develop the Web - based substructure searching system, which allows users to draw and view molecules in graphic mode.
