摘  要:野生成年山地麻蜥捕获后在人工环境中产卵 ,卵在 30℃、 - 12kPa的条件下孵化 ;在不同时段称重(整体、卵壳、卵黄、胚胎等 )并测定一些成分的能量。胚胎发育以及卵物质和能量转化数据处理结果如下 :①卵孵化期为 35 0d ,孵化时能从外界吸收水分使卵重增加 ;②在卵孵化 0~ 2 0、 2 0~ 30和 30~ 35d ,胚胎分别利用新生卵能量的 10 %、 30 %和 2 0 % ;③胚胎在孵化的 2 0d内生长缓慢 ,此后生长迅速 ;④卵孵化过程中 ,干重、非极性脂肪和能量的转化率分别为 6 7 3%、 32 7%和 5 9 6 % ;⑤胚胎发育所需的无机物来自卵黄和卵壳。该种卵内干物质和非极性脂肪 (作为主要能量物质 )的转化率、幼体内剩余卵黄比例均较有鳞类低 ;Lacertid lizards, Eremias brenchleyi were captured from field,and reared artificially.Laid eggs were incubated at 30?℃ and -12?kPa (humidity).Whole eggs,eggshells,yolks,and embryos were weighed,and energy of certain components was determined at a series of time points.Data on the development of embryos and the transition of material and energy in eggs incubation were processed,resulting in:①The duration of incubation averaged 35 days,and the egg in wet mass increased for absorbing moisture while incubating.②The embryos employed about 10%,30% and 20% of the total egg energy in the periods of 0-20,20-30,and 30-35 days of incubation,respectively.③The embryos grew slowly during the first 20 days,then grew rapidly.④Approximately 63 4% dry material,32 7% non polar lipids and 59 6% energy in the contents of fresh eggs were transferred to the hatchlings.⑤Inorganic material in both yolk and eggshell was used by the embryos in development.The transition ratios of dry material and non polar lipids as main energy substance,and the proportion of residual yolk in hatchlings are lower than those reported for snakes.The lower ratios maybe related to the longer slow phase of embryonic development in this species.
