长春瑞滨联合顺铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察抗肿瘤国产新药长春瑞滨 (盖诺 )和顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 :采用NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 2 5例 ,男 19例 ,女 6例。病理类型以腺癌为主 15例。Ⅲ期 13例 ,Ⅳ期 12例 ;初治 14例 ,复治 11例。结果 :部分缓解 (PR) 11例 ,稳定 (SD) 10例 ,进展 (PD) 4例 ,总有效率为 4 4 %。每周盖诺≥ 2 5mg/m2 的毒性主要为骨髓抑制 ,白细胞数下降为 88% ,Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度为 2 0 % ,局部静脉炎发生率为 5 2 % ,高于进口药诺维本 (NVB)。结论 :国产长春瑞滨—盖诺替代进口NVB +顺铂 (NP)治疗晚期NSCLC可行 ;其疗效 ,毒副反应与NVB相近。Objective:To evaluate the result of combination chemotherapy with GaiNuo Plus cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:From May,2001 to Feb,2002, 25 patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in this study.The median age of the patients was 62 years.Adenocarcinoma was the most common type of malignancy.13 patients had stage Ⅲ disease and 12 had stage Ⅳ. 14 patients had no prior chemotherapy and 11 patients received previous chemotherapy.Results:Partial response was observed in 11 patients with an overall response rate of 44%. The dose limiting toxicity was neutropenia which was seen in all treated cases (20% in grades Ⅲ and Ⅳ). The local venous toxicity was observed in 52% of the patients. Conclusion:A high response rate was obtained in advanced NSCLC treated by GaiNuo plus DDP. [
