摘　　要：培养创新型人才,是迎接知识经济挑战的需要,是高等院校发展的方向,培养创新型人才的途径主要有:更新教育观念,营造创新氛围;改革课程体系,培养创新意识;调整课程设置,增加人文社会科学内容的比重;改革教学方法,激发创新精神;重视社会实践,开拓创新思维。Cultivating innovative talents is the need of meeting knowledgeable economy and developing trend of higher educational institutions. The effective approaches to cultivate innovative talents should include those followings , i.e.: Renewing educational concept to construct a innovative atmosphere; Reforming curriculum system to arouse innovative consciousness; Adjusting curriculum to increase the contents of humanities and social sciences; reforming teaching methods to stimulate innovative spirit; Emphasizing social practice to develop new mode of thinking.
