摘　　要：戴震在对经典考据及经典诠释的基础上建构了其义理之学的思想体系。从清中后期学界的评价中 ,可以看出其义理之学是中国传统思想向近代思想转化的重要桥梁 ,以及其具有的近代启蒙价值和意义。Based on the examination and explanation of the classics, Dai Zhen constructed his theory of principle with righteousness. From the academic evaluations in the periods of middle and late Qing Dynasty and that of the beginning of the Republic of China, we may see that the theory of principle with righteousness is an important bridge for traditional Chinese thought to turn to modern thought and that it has modern significance of enlightenment.
