摘　　要：目的　观察氯胺酮与依托咪酯联合麻醉在儿童角巩膜裂伤修补术中的麻醉效果。方法　对 2 0例儿童眼球穿孔伤 ,均在氯胺酮与依托咪酯联合麻醉加局麻下行角巩膜裂伤修补术。结果　全部病例麻醉效果良好 ,手术操作顺利 ,没有因麻药的副作用而引起手术并发症。Objective To observe the effect of combined anaesthesia of ketamine and etomidate in operations of children's corneal or scleral perforation wounds.Methods 20 cases of corneal or scleral perforation of children were performed surgery under the combined anesthesia of kitamine etomidate,lidocaine and bupivacaine.Results The anaesthesia effect was good.We were confortable in operations,no problem arised.Conclusion In operations of children's cornea or sclera perforation,the combined asaesthesia of kitamine, etomidate,lidocaine and bupivacaine is an effective method.
