关于高等学校国家重点实验室建设的思考

摘　　要：在高等院校,国家重点实验室已成为人才培养和科学研究的重要基地。建设国家重点实验室必须有一支合理的人才梯队,发挥学术带头人作用,同时必须解决好重点实验室与依托院系的关系。National Key Laboratories in high institutions have become important base for personal training and scientific research. Based on our long term experiences of laboratory management ,it pre-sents some key factors for the improvement of the performance of these laboratories ,the establish-ment of various levels of scientists from principal researchers to supporting staff and the important role of the academic leaders ete. At the same time,the harmonious relationship between the State Key Laboratory and the department or school ,to which the lab is affuiated, wul ensure the high scientific Standard and the training of talented youngsters in State Key Laboratories.
