摘 要:以矿用混合动力自卸车为研究对象,进行了模糊控制能量管理策略的研究。以整车需求转矩与当前车速下发动机最佳转矩的差值和动力电池SOC为输入、发动机期望转矩为输出,构建了有121条规则的模糊控制器。根据某矿用混合动力自卸车的实际运行情况,建立了自卸车循环工况,并利用AVL Cruise和MATLAB/Simulink联合仿真平台对制定的模糊控制策略进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,与采用逻辑门限控制策略相比,模糊控制策略明显提高了矿用混合动力自卸车的燃油经济性。The paper took a hybrid power mining dump truck as the study object and conducted the study on fuzzy control energy management strategy. The difference between the requested torque of the truck and the optimal torque of the engine at current truck velocity and the battery SOC(state-of-charge) served as the inputs, and the expected torque of the engine served as the output, the fuzzy controller with 121 rules was constructed. According to actual service state of a hybrid power mining dump truck, its driving cycle was established. And then, AVL Cruise and MATLAB/Simulink combined simulation platform was applied to simulate the constructed fuzzy control strategy. The simulation results showed the fuzzy control strategy significantly enhanced the fuel economy of the hybrid power mining dump truck compared with the logic threshold control strategy.
