摘　　要：目的 :观察吉西他滨 (健择 )联合顺铂 (GP方案 )对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 :自 1999年 6月～ 2 0 0 1年11月 ,对 2 6例晚期非小细胞肺癌采用 2 1天GP方案治疗。结果 :2 6例病例中 ,无CR ,PR 11例 ,SD 12例 ,PD 3例 ,总有效率CR +PR为 4 2 3% (11/ 2 6 )。中位生存期 (MST)为 9 3个月。Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞下降占 2 3 1% (6 / 2 6 )。结论 :治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 ,吉西他滨联合顺铂 2 1天方案是有效。Objective:To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy scheme with combinations of gemcitabine and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:From June 1999 to November 2001, twenty six patients with advanced NSCLS were enrolled in this study. They were treated with gemcitabine (GEM 1 000 mg/m 2 d1,8) and cisplatin (DDP 80 mg/m 2 d8) for 2-3 courses with time intervals of 21 days.Results:Eleven patients had partial response. An overall response rate was 42 3%. The median survival time (MST) was 9 3 months. The toxicity was chiefly hematologic in the form of neutropenia, 23 1% in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ.Conclusion:A high response rate was obtained in advanced NSCLC treated by chemotherapy scheme with combinations of gemcitabine and cisplatin. The toxicity was mild and tolerable.
