摘　　要：目的　探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术失败再次手术的效果。方法　 1997年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月对 16例 (16眼 )泪囊鼻腔吻合术失败者进行再次手术 ,治疗泪囊炎。结果　术后随访 6月～ 3年 ,16例中 14例治愈 ,1例有效 ,1例无效 ,治愈率87 5 %。结论　再次手术的治愈率高 ,解除了患者的痛苦 ,适合基层应用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the secondary surgery for the failure of dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods The 16 cases were re-operated who were failure of dacryocystorhinostomy from March 1997 to May 2001.Results The time followed up postoperation from 6 months to 3 years.Among the 16 cases,14 cases were cured,1 case was effective,1 case was ineffective.The success rate is 87.5%.Conclusion It can be concluded that the success rate is high of the secondary surgery and this method is suitable for the basic hospitals.
