摘　　要：针对目前关于生态经济学,尤其是基础理论的模糊认识,对于生态经济学的产生、基本问题、学科基础、研究手段和发展方向进行了探讨。本文认为生态经济学是关于可持续发展的科学;生态经济阈值和人类福利问题是生态经济学的基本问题;生态经济学的核心问题是如何实现在人类的净精神收益与满足这种收益所消耗自然资本损失之间的平衡;生态经济的学科基础是广泛的、交叉的和动态变化的;方法论也由单一、局部、静态到多学科、集成和动态方向发展。This paper discusses on the Ecologic al Economics' origin,fundamental issues,discip linary bases,re-search approaches and its orientation.It is argued that the Ecological Economics is a science of sustainable devel-opment.The ecological carrying cap acity and the human' s welfare compose its fundamental is sues.The destination of Ecological Economics is to reach a balance between human' s net spiritual revenue and the lost o f natural capi-tal.The disciplinary bases are exte nsive,inter -disciplinary and dynamic.The methodology evolves from un itary,par-tial and static to inter -disciplinary,aggregative and dynamic.
