摘 要:分别采用静态箱法和室内厌氧培养法,于2013年1~10月连续测定闽江河口互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)沼泽和短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)沼泽的甲烷排放通量和土壤甲烷产生潜力,同时测定相关环境因子。互花米草沼泽和短叶茳芏沼泽甲烷排放通量和土壤甲烷产生潜力具有明显的季节变化,它们的甲烷排放通量分别为7.50~30.68 mg/(m2·h)和1.08~10.49 mg/(m2·h),月平均值分别为15.90 mg/(m2·h)和5.38 mg/(m2·h),且两者差异显著(p<0.05);土壤甲烷产生潜力分别为73.22~931.50 ng/(g·d)和5.62~181.60 ng/(g·d),月平均值分别为480.52 ng/(g·d)和65.94 ng/(g·d),互花米草沼泽土壤甲烷产生潜力显著高于短叶茳芏沼泽(p<0.01)。互花米草沼泽0~25 cm深度土层的甲烷产生潜力显著高于短叶茳芏沼泽;互花米草沼泽表层的甲烷产生潜力较低,最高值出现在20~25 cm深度土层,短叶茳芏沼泽土壤甲烷产生潜力随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐降低。Methane emission and soil methane production potential were measured using enclosed chamber method and laboratory incubation in the Spartina alterniflora marsh and Cyperus malaccensis marsh of the Min River estuary from January to October, 2013. Methane fluxes and soil methane production potentials in the two marshes had obvious seasonal variations. The range of methane emission from the Spartina alterniflora marsh was7.50-30.68 mg/(m2·h), the monthly average was 15.90 mg/(m2·h). The range of methane emissions from the Cyperus malaccensis marsh was 1.08-10.49 mg/(m2·h), the monthly average was 5.38 mg/(m2·h). The range of soil methane production potential in the Spartina alterniflora marsh was 73.22-931.50 ng/(g·d), the monthly average was 480.52 ng/(g·d). The range of soil methane production potential in the Cyperus malaccensis marsh was 5.62-181.60 ng/(g·d), monthly average was 65.94 ng/(g·d). Soil methane production potential of each layer soil in the Spartina alterniflora marsh was significant higher than that in the Cyperus malaccensis marsh.The profile pattern of methane production potential was different in the two marshes. Methane production potential of the Spartina alterniflora marsh was lower in the surface soil and was the highest in the soil depth of20-25 cm; the methane production potential of the Cyperus malaccensis marsh decreased from the surface to the deeper soil layers.
