摘　　要：碳捕集与封存(CCS)技术是应对气候变化重要手段之一,具有巨大的技术潜力。目前,中国在CCS领域的国际合作普遍,尤其是中国与欧盟的技术合作。在跨国技术合作项目中,知识是否能有效共享关系到整个合作的成败。基于SECI模型,结合中欧NEZC CCS合作项目的实践,文章深入分析了知识共享模式建立的基础和条件,初步建立了一个适用于跨国CCS合作项目的知识共享模式旨在促进中外CCS合作项目之间的合作创新与知识创新,同时为其他跨国技术合作项目提供一个知识共享的参考范式。With huge technical potential,carbon capture and storage( CCS) technology is one of the important means to tackle climate change. At present,China's international cooperation with other nations in the field of CCS is very common,especially with European Commission. In international technical cooperation projects,whether the knowledge can be effectively shared closely related to the success of the whole cooperation. Based on the SECI model and combined with the practice of China- EU NEZC CCS cooperation project,this study deeply analyzed the basis and condition of building a knowledge sharing model and preliminary established a knowledge sharing model that is suitable for international CCS cooperation projects to promote cooperation innovation and knowledge innovation between China and other nations in the field of CCS,and provide a reference model of knowledge sharing for other international cooperation projects.
