摘　　要：通过对体育服务产品、体育服务业等一系列与质量管理相关的概念的研究 ,以及对体育服务产品质量构成要素等问题的初步探讨 ,目的是使IS0 90 0 0国际标准在体育服务业中得以有效地应用 ,从而有助于体育服务组织建立质量管理体系 ,提高其管理水平 ,持续改进服务 ,以达到提高组织整体业绩的目标。This paper studies a series of conceptions related with the quality management system such as sports service product and sports service industry, furthermore, discusses other questions preliminarily such as main elements of sports service quality. The purpose is to make ISO9oo1-2000 international standard be efficiently applied in sports service industry and to help sports service organizations to establish the quality management system so as to promote its administrative standard and to form a basis of continual improvement and business excellence.
