摘  要:目的 对微柱比色法检测尿液香草扁桃酸(VMA)含量进行实验学、临床评价。方法 通过微柱色谱分离,紫外分光比色检测尿液VMA含量,并做方法的回收率、重复性试验;对非嗜铬细胞瘤及嗜铬细胞瘤病人各15例的VMA结果进行分析。结果 方法的平均回收率为84.9%,平均批内变异系数为6.6%,平均批间变异系数为6.35%,非嗜铬细胞瘤病人临床符合率为93.3%,嗜铬细胞瘤病人临床符合率为80.0%。结论 方法简便、稳定,临床符合率较高,能满足临床诊断嗜铬细胞瘤的需要。Objective To envalue the method determine the value of VMA in the urine with laboratory and clinical by using micro column chromatography. Methods Using the micro column chromatography to separate, then UV detector to determine the VMA at 360nm. Results Group I 15 patients who had pheochromocytoma and group II 15 patients who hadn't. Then envalue their VMA results. The mean recovery rate was 84. 9%; With in day CV was 6- 6%. respectively and day to day CV was 6. 35% ;Respective the agreement rate of pheochromocytoma was 80. 0% and the agreement rate of nonpheochromocytoma was 93. 3%. Conclusion This method is simple, stable. The agreement rate is high and may be used in the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.
