橡胶籽油对大鼠胚胎发育的影响

摘　　要：为研究橡胶籽油对 SD大鼠胚胎发育的影响 ,将 60只妊娠 SD大鼠随机分成阴性对照组、阳性对照组和高中低剂量处理组。孕鼠于妊娠 7～ 1 6d分别灌服植物油、敌枯双和高中低剂量橡胶籽油。妊娠 0、7、1 2、1 6、2 0 d称重。妊娠 2 0 d处死剖腹取子宫 ,检查并记录着床数、吸收胎、死胎和活胎数 ;活胎鼠观测胎盘、胎仔体重、体长、尾长和外观。结果表明 :阳性对照组孕鼠体重增长明显低于阴性对照组、剂量处理组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而剂量处理组和阴性对照组相比无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;活胎仔数、吸收胎数、死胎数、平均胎仔体重、体长及尾长 ,阳性对照组与阴性对照组、剂量处理组相比有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而剂量处理组与阴性对照组无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结果提示 ,橡胶籽油对 SD大鼠胚胎发育无明显致畸和胚胎毒性作用。To study the teratogenic effect of rubber plant seed oil on the rat embryos, sixty pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into five groups (negative, positive and high, middle, low dosage groups). They were orally given plant oil?di-ku-shuang and rubber plant seed oil respectively during their gestation from 7 to 16 days. The rats were weighed and killed on the 20th day of the gestation. The living embryos were used for histological exam. The results showed that there are significant difference among positive and other groups in weight gain of pregnant rats, the numbers of implantation, the living embryo, absorb embryo and dead embryo, and the weight of the embryo, but no significant difference between the negative group and the dosage groups (P>0.05). The results suggested that the rubber plant seed oil was no harmful effects on rats embryo.
