摘　　要：采用 10 0℃无菌操作和普通房间内灯下进行操作 ,从香菇菌盖分离得纯净的试管菌种 ,方法简便。A simple and easy approach for picking up pure culture from the pileus of edible fungi has now been available. Rather than employing sophisticated technique,this approach requires sterilization of no more than 100℃ and operating table that is not specially treated.
