摘　　要：目的 :观察PTK联合PRK治疗LASIK术中角膜瓣并发症的疗效。方法 :对我院 1997年 7月至 2 0 0 0年 7月间LASIK术中发生角膜瓣并发症的 13例病人即刻进行PTK联合PRK治疗。 13例病人平均年龄 2 5 1岁 ( 19～ 3 2 ) ,均为中低度近视 ( -2 0 0～ -5 75D) ,未进行散光治疗 ,术后随访时间平均为 15个月。结果 :术后 12个月所有病人的裸眼视力均较术前明显提高 ,除一例病人术后裸眼视力较术前的矫正视力降低一行外 ,其他病人的裸眼视力均达到术前的矫正视力。结论 :对LASIK术中发生角膜瓣并发症的病人即刻进行PTK联合PRK治疗是安全的、可行的。Objective:To evaluate the outcome of immediate PTK and PRK to control the flap complications occurred during LASIK procedure. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 13 patients (13 eyes) who had immediate PTK and PRK for the treatment of LASIK flap complications.The 13 patients had a mean age of 25 1 years (ranged from 19 to 32).The eyes with LASIK flap complications had mild to moderated myopia (-2 00 to -5 75D).Immediate PTK and PRK were performed in all eyes after repositioning the defective corneal flap. Results:All the eyes got good visual outcome at 12 months follow-up.12 eyes had uncorrected visual acuity of 1 0 and one eye had 0 9. Conclusions:Immediate PTK and PRK treatment for LASIK flaps occurred at the time of surgery is a recommended therapeutic option.
