摘　　要：目的 :评价玻璃体切割、气体内填充联合自体浓缩血小板治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 :对黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离 2 3例 ( 2 3只眼 )患者行经平坦部玻璃体切割 ,C3 F8气体内填充及 0 1毫升自体浓缩血小板封孔治疗 ,术后患者仰卧 2小时 ,然后俯卧位 2周。结果 :全部 2 3只眼中 ,首次术后网膜复位、裂孔封闭良好者为 2 0只眼 ( 87% ) ,术后视力在 0 0 2～ 0 3之间 ,余 3只眼再次手术行自体血清、C3 F8填充术后 2只眼裂孔封闭 ,术后视力达 0 0 4,1例再复发放弃治疗。结论 :玻璃体切割、气体内填充联合自体浓缩血小板封闭黄斑裂孔具有裂孔解剖复位良好 。Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of autologous platelet concentrate in the vitrectomy treatment of retinal detachment with macular hole. Methods:23 eyes in 23 patients of retinal detachment with macular hole were performed vitrectomy,injected into C3F8,and placed 0.1ml autologous platelet concentrate over the macular hole.Postoperatively,the patients lay on their back 2 hours and lay on their chest 2 weeks. Results:Of the 23 eyes,the retinal attachment and the macular hole closure were achieved in 20 eyes (87%),the postoperative visual acuities were 0 02～0 3.The rest 3 eyes were re-operated,2 eyes got success and the postoperative visual acuities were 0 04.Only 1 eye re-detached. Conclusion:These results confirmed that vitrectomy,perfluorocarbon injection combined with autologous platelet concentrate can seal the macular hole well and improve the visual acuity in most patients.
