摘　　要：目的 :探讨中厚皮片在阴囊Paget病治疗中的应用。方法 :对收治阴囊Paget病 7例 ,都采用阴囊病变皮肤广泛切除 ,中厚皮片游离移植修复。结果 :7例阴囊Paget病 ,其中 6例一次手术修复 ,1例二次手术修复 ,近、远期效果满意。结论 :采用中厚皮片游离移植在修复阴囊Paget病术后引起的阴囊皮肤缺损 ,操作简单适用 。Objective: To explore the application of intermediate split thickness graft in the recovery of scrotum skin defects caused by Paget’s disease. Methods: This method is used in 7 patients for removing the affected scrotum skin and recovering wound surface by replanting intermediate thickness graft. Results: 6 patients were recovery after replanting intermediate split thickness graft, second surgery was need in the other case. Conclusion: It is useful and reliable of repairing defects of resection of affected scrotum skin caused by Paget’s disease.
