摘　　要：目的:研究口服髓鞘素对EAE的防治作用。方法:在建立Wistar大鼠EAE动物模型的基础上,观察灌服髓鞘素对其临床表现及病理改变的影响。结果:口服组发病延迟,症状及病理改变均明显轻于对照组。结论:口服髓鞘素可诱导免疫耐受,对EAE的发生、发展具有一定的缓解作用。Objective: To study the preventing and treating of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) by oral administation of myelin. Methods: Based on the KAK model, the effect of immune tolerance induced by oral administration of myelin was investigated on incidence, clinical symptoms, histopathologic changes of KAK. Results: Myelin treated KAK had delayed onset . milder clinical symptoms and a less inflammatory infiltration. Conclusion: Oral administration of myelin can induce immune tolerance and alleviating EAE.
