摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同化疗方案对急性单核细胞白血病 (M5)产生的经济效果。方法 :采用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析法对HAE组、DAE组、MAE组3种治疗M5 的化疗方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果 :DAE组方案为最合理方案。结论 :药物经济学在优化治疗方案 ,帮助临床医师在临床治疗决策过程中选择最佳治疗方案具有一定的实际意义。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the economic effectiveness in different chemotherapeutic schemes for acute mononuˉclear leukemia(M 5 ).METHODS:Using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,three chemotherapy schemes for M 5 we_ re compared.RESULTS:Among three schemes,DAE scheme was the best one.CONCLUSION:The results show that pharˉmacoeconomics plays an important role in optimizing therapeutic scheme,in helping the physician to choose the best therapeutic plan in making clinical decision.
