摘  要:目的 为解决拨牙后牙槽嵴吸收萎缩导致修复上的困难及保持牙槽骨的正常解剖形态。方法 采用新型复合人工骨HA/TCP/BMP种植入牙槽窝 ,经阶段取材进行大体解剖观察测量 ;光镜 ;扫描电镜 (SEM ) ;X片检查 ;X线能谱分析 (EDXR)。结果 显示人工骨植入后牙槽窝内有大量新生骨形成。新骨多而成熟与宿主骨直接连接。该人工骨有一定的生物降解性能 ,不但具有良好的生物相容性和稳定性 ,而且具有骨诱导及骨引导双重效应。结果 该方法保持了牙槽嵴原有的解剖结构 ,术后牙槽嵴不易变形 ,手术简单、安全。Objective To prevent the alveolar ridge from atrophy after extraction. Method New complex artificial bone was implanted into alveolar cavity in 10 dogs. The specimens were examined by X-ray, light microscope, SEM and EDXR. Result There was a large amount of new bone formation after the material was implanted into the alveolar cavity. The new-borne bone is connected directly with the host bone. Conclusion The new material is of good biocompatibility, biodegradability, stability, osteoinduction as well as osteoconduction. The anatomic constructure and the shape of the alveolar ridge was postoperatively maintained. The procedure is simple and safe.
