摘　　要：高校科研生产型企业多源于校内研究单位;在发展过程中不可避免带有浓厚的、在科研教学领域长期积淀的理念和传统,其中也存在某些阻碍企业快速发展的理念与惯性思维方法。在分析了科研企业容易出现的几种现象后,笔者认为:高校科研企业唯有从管理理念和管理体制着手,努力克服落后理念与惯性思维方法带来的影响,才能获得长足的进步。The research - based production enterprises in colleges and universities, mostly growing out of the campus research institutes, are unavoidably influenced by the ideas and traditions of the teaching and research history on campus. Among them, some customs and ideas undoubtedly hinder the rapid development of enterprises . Only when the enterprises start clearing up the bad influence of those customs and ideas in the administration and managerial system can they make great leaps and bounds in their development process.
