企业关键设备维修费用的优化理论及优化方法

摘　　要：该文在美国工业界武器系统咨询委员会提出的效能公式的基础上，建立了企业关键设备效能与维修费用的函数关系，为企业关键设备维修费用的优化提供了一个标准。针对多种设备维修费用的优化，建立了一个维修费用分配的模型，用遗传算法进行了优化，并对优化过程进行了详细的阐述。Effectiveness function of maintenance cost is established on the basis of formula of effectiveness brought forward by WSEIAC, so criterion has been developed to optimize maintenance cost for a single weapon system. Then the paper expands the formula to the optimization for multiple weapons system. It builds an optimization model for cost distribution of multiple weapons and optimizes it using genetic algorithms. In addition, the process of optimization is also described in detail.
