摘　　要：探讨了当前国内中小企业面临的外部环境,分析了中小企业的优势和劣势,指出应当合理确定中小企业的发展战略,并针对当前国内中小企业的实际情况提出了加强政策扶持的若干对策建议。The external environment with which domestic middle and small sized enterprises are facing is discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of middle and small sized enterprises are analyzed. It is emphasized that the developmental strategies of middle and small sized enterprises should be stipulated reasonably, and some suggestions are presented to support the development of middle and small sized enterprises according to the practical situation of middle and small sized enterprises.
