摘　　要：本文结合IC卡技术 ,设计一种基于IC卡的机房管理系统 ,实现了学生上机过程中信息采集和管理的电子化、智能化 ,从系统结构、硬件组成及系统实现等方面加以论述 ,强调IC卡的广泛应用。Combining to the IC card technique, Computer-room management system based on IC card is designed in this paper .Gathering and managing information of election as well as intelligentizing is carried out when students' operating computer .The system structure、 hard soft and application system are described .All of these embody the Application of IC card in different fields
