摘　　要：目的评价国产半导体激光器对顽固性青光眼治疗的临床实用性。方法用国产半导体激光器,对顽固性青光眼13例13眼实施经巩膜睫状体激光光凝术,观察其眼压及眼局部变化逾16周。结果激光术后所有病例眼压均呈下降趋势,有效率100%。眼压降低程度与光凝总能量有关,与性别。年龄以及光凝部位无关。眼局部反应轻微,无明显并发症。结论国产半导体激光器能安全、有效地降低顽固性青光眼的眼压,性能稳定,操作简便,具有肯定的使用价值。Purpose To assess the therapeutic value of domestic diode laser appliance on refractory glaucoma.Methods 13 cases(13 eyes) with refractory glaucoma were treated with transscleral cyclophotocoagulation using semi-conductor diode laser appliance made in China. All of them were followed up over 4 months.The changes of IOP and oculi were observed. Results The IOP of all eyes tended to decrease after coagulation.The degree was related to the total energy of the laser in ciliary body,but did not relate with the sex, the age and the laser position.The local reaction of oculi was slight and without complications or atrophy. Conclusion Domestic semi-conductor diode laser appliance can reduce IOP of eyes with refractory glaucoma effectively and safely. It possesses a stable performance and an easy operation and the same effect copmared with the importations.
