摘　　要：目的评估7例严重眼外伤或手术并发症后的无光感眼的玻璃体手术疗效。方法对7例无光感眼行玻璃体手术探查和处理,其中6例为眼外伤,1例为巩膜外环扎术后眼。结果术后6例恢复光感以上视力,1例仍无光感。结论外伤或手术所致的致密玻璃体出血的无光感并不总意味着永久性视力丧失,有选择性地对一些眼施行玻璃体手术探查,可能为这些眼提供复明机会。Purpose To evaluate the efficacy of exploratory vetrectomy for dense vitreous hemorrhage with no light perception (NIP) eyes resulting team severe ocular trauma or following complication of scleral buckle surgery. Methods Exploratory vitrectomy was performed on seven eyes of dense vitreous hemorrhage with NIP. Of them, six were resulting from ocular trauma, and one was following complication of scleral buckle surgery. Results Postoperatively, six had visual acuities of more than light perception, but another had no increasing visual acuity. Conclusion NIP in dense vitreous hemorrhage eyes does not always mean permanent loss of vision. Vitrectomy may offer a chance of visual recovery in selected dense vitreous hemorrhage with NLP eyes.
