显微血管分离保留前睫状动脉在斜视术中的应用

摘　　要：目的在斜视术中不中断相应睫状动脉 ,避免斜视术对眼前节血流的不良影响 ,起到预防眼前节缺血综合征的作用。方法对38例48眼斜视手术中截除、后徙或转位任何一条直肌 ,用显微血管分离术保留前睫状动脉。结果38例48眼手术前后均为正常的眼外肌血流图。术后效果与常规手术相同。结论术后保持了正常的眼前节血循环 ,也是对手术技巧的一个发展 。Objective To investigate the effects of avoiding postoperative impaired blood flow to the anterior segment and preventing anterior segment ischemia syndrome without interrupting the corresponding anterior ciliary arteries in strabismus surgery.Methods Remain the anterior ciliary anteries and allow recessions,resections,or transpositions of the rectus muscles in strabismus surgery,using the vascular microdissection in 38 cases(48 eyes).Results It suggested a normal postoperative rectus blood flow. The postoperative alignment of this small series was not significantly different from the results obtained with our routine strabismus technique in 38 casea (48 eyes).Conclusions Microvascular dissection in these cases has maintained normal postperative circulation in the anterior segment.It is a development to the surgical technique .It will bring us the possiblities of operating several different pieces of muscles at the same time in complex strabismus surgery.
