胃癌组织中Ⅳ型胶原和层粘蛋白的放射免疫量化分析

摘　　要：目的 :对Ⅳ型胶原 (CollagentypeⅣ ,CⅣ )、层粘蛋白 (Laminin ,LN)在胃癌组织中的表达进行量化分析。方法 :放射免疫分析测定 2 3例胃癌患者手术切除的胃肿瘤组织和正常组织匀浆及外周静脉血CⅣ、LN含量 ,分析它们之间的关系。结果 :胃癌组织组CⅣ含量高于正常胃组织组 (p <0 0 0 1) ,并且与外周血血清CⅣ含量呈正相关 (r=0 5 6 ,p <0 0 1)。结论 :胃癌患者的胃组织和血清CⅣ含量改变与胃肿瘤的恶性程度密切相关。目的 :对Ⅳ型胶原 (CollagentypeⅣ ,CⅣ )、层粘蛋白 (Laminin ,LN)在胃癌组织中的表达进行量化分析。方法 :放射免疫分析测定 2 3例胃癌患者手术切除的胃肿瘤组织和正常组织匀浆及外周静脉血CⅣ、LN含量 ,分析它们之间的关系。结果 :胃癌组织组CⅣ含量高于正常胃组织组 (p <0 0 0 1) ,并且与外周血血清CⅣ含量呈正相关 (r=0 5 6 ,p <0 0 1)。结论 :胃癌患者的胃组织和血清CⅣ含量改变与胃肿瘤的恶性程度密切相关。Objective To investigate quantitatively the expression of Collagen type Ⅳ (CⅣ) and Laminin (LN) in gastric carcinoma tissue. Methods CⅣ and LN contents of gastric carcinoma tissue homogenate and peripheral blood in patients with gastric cancer were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The content of CⅣ in gastric carcinoma tissue homogenate was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue ( p <0 001), and positively correlated with serum levels of CⅣ in the patients with gastric carcinoma ( r=0 56, p<0 01 ). Conclusion This investigation provided a quantitative material as additional evidence for linking CⅣ content with pathology of gastric carcinoma.
