健择加顺铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价健择加顺铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法 :健择 10 0 0mg m2 ,静滴半小时 ,第1,8,15d ;顺铂 6 0～ 80mg m2 ,静滴 ,第 1天或分 3d用 ,同时水化 ,共治疗 4 2例病人。结果 :完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解19例 ,病情稳定 14例 ,病情进展 8例 ,有效率 4 7.6 %。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制 ,全组 4 2例病人出现白细胞下降32例 ,占 84 .4 %。血小板下降为 16例 ,占 38.1%。非血液毒性有恶心呕吐、乏力 ,程度均较轻。结论 :健择联合顺铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效确切 ,毒副反应较轻 ,病人容易耐受 。Objective: To evaluate anti tumor efficacy and safety of Gemcitabine plus cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Fourty two patients with non small cell lung cancer were treated with Gemcitabine plus cisplatin regimen. Results:There were one CR,nineteen PR,fourteen NC,and eight PD in this series with total response rate of 47.6%.The main side effects included myelosuppression.32 patients (76.2%)had neutropenia, 16 patients(38.1%)had thrombocytopenia.All the side effects were tolerable.Conclusion:Gemcitabine plus cisplatin is safe and effective therapy for patients with Non small cell lung cancer.
