摘 要:目的 :探讨弱视的发病机制 ,寻求一种客观评价儿童视功能及诊断弱视的手段。方法 :随机选择 4 3例 (78眼 )弱视儿童及 30例正常儿童行图形视觉诱发电位检查。结果 :4 3例 (78眼 )弱视眼PVEPP1 0 0 波平均振幅低于正常眼(P <0 .0 1) ,潜伏期较正常眼延长 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :结果表明儿童弱视是视觉传导通路障碍引起的 。Objective:To evaluate the pathological mechanism of amblyopia and find the objective methods for assessing visual functions of children and diagnosing amblyopia.Methods:43 children(78 eyes) with amblyopia were radomly selected from our cllinic and 30 normal children were performed by pattern visual evoked potentials(VEP).Results:In the amblyopia group the P 100 amplitude was significantly lower than that in normal group.Then latency was significantly prolonged in an amblyopia eyes compared with normal eyes.Conclusion:It suggest that in amblyopia visual passing channels is obstructed.Pattern visual evoked potential would be an objective method for assessing visual function in amblyopia.
