摘　　要：目的　观察X -刀治疗脑部恶性肿瘤动态CT变化。方法　对于 5 9例X -刀治疗后的脑部恶性肿瘤进行平扫或增强 ,按肿瘤消失快慢、肿瘤密度、强化情况、周围水肿变化 ,有无放射性脑炎进行观察随访。结果　发现X -刀治疗后脑部转移瘤较原发肿瘤消失快 ,转移瘤中原发瘤分化程度越差 ,消失越快。原发瘤中淋巴瘤、生殖细胞瘤较星形细胞瘤消失快。肿瘤治疗后 ,CT呈低密度不复发 ;中等密度不强化者不易复发 ;呈混杂密度、轻中度强化者易复发。结论　CT平扫及增强可做为一个很好的标准来判断肿瘤的预后。Objective To observe CT findings of brain malignant tumor treated by X-knife. Methods 59 patients of brain malignant tumors after the treatment of X-knife were underwent plain and enhanced CT scan.According to the rate of disappearance,the density,the changes of edema and the radioactive encephalitis,all patients were followed up. Results Metastatic brain tumor disappeared faster than primary ones,the more extensively primitive tumors in metastasis disappeared more rapidly.Lymphoma and germinoma disappeared faster than astrocytoma.The low density tumors did not recured,the middle density tumors without enhancemant recured difficultly and the blend density tumors with middle enhancenent recured easily.Conclusion Plain and enhanced CT scan can be a good standard to demostrate the effect and prognosis of brain malignant tumor after X-knife treatment.
