介入治疗30例中、晚期宫颈癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　应用超选择髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗中、晚期宫颈癌并观察其疗效。方法　对 30例中、晚期宫颈癌患者 ,采用Seldinger′s改良法经皮股动脉穿刺行超选择髂内动脉插管化疗 83次 ,观察评定近期疗效。结果　近期有效率 36 .7%,其中 11例病情完全或部分缓解 ,行手术治疗 ,16例病情稳定 ,3例病情进展 ,所有病例临床症状明显缓解。结论　介入治疗药物局部浓度高 ,可有效地杀伤癌细胞 ,使部分病例临床分期逆转而获得手术机会 ,治疗中、晚期宫颈癌安全而有效。Objective To study the effects of the treatment of advanced cervical cancer by chemointubation of super-selected internal iliac arteries.Methods 30 cases with advanced cervical cancer were treated by chemointubation of super-selected internal iliac arteries for 83 times,its curative effects were observed and evaluated.Results The rate of curative effective was 36.7%,11 cases showed complete or partial remission and performed operation,it showed 16 cases had stable condition and 3 cases were still in pragress.The clinical symptoms of all cases ameliorated obviously.Conclusion Interventional therapy give high local density of chemotherapeutic drugs and killed effectively cancer cells,it made clinical stages to reverse,so the part of cases has a chance to operation.It is a safe and effective method for treatment of advanced cervical cancer.
