摘 要:目的 :探讨视觉剥夺对幼猫视功能发育的影响。方法 :以棋盘格刺激产生的图形视觉诱发电位 (P VEP)为指标 ,记录正常、单眼剥夺、反缝和延期剥夺幼猫的P VEP波幅和潜伏期的变化 ,并进行比较。结果 :①正常幼猫在 14~ 16w时具有稳定的PVEP波型、振幅及潜伏期。②单眼剥夺后幼猫剥夺眼的PVEP波幅下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,潜伏期延长 (P <0 .0 5 )且不稳定。③反缝后原先剥夺眼 (initiallydeprivedeye,IDE)驱动的PVEP波幅升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,原先剥夺眼 (IDE)和反缝眼 (reversesuturedeye ,RSE)趋于接近 ,并表现出竞争机制。④延期剥夺眼PVEP波幅及潜伏期无明显改变。结论 :单眼剥夺可导致幼猫空间及时间频率的敏感性出现严重损收稿日期 :2 0 0 2 -0 7-2 0 ;修回日期 :2 0 0 2 -10 -10作者简介 :高建华 ( 1966-) ,男 ,云南昆明人 ,医学硕士 ,主治医师 ,讲师。通信作者 :高建华 (E -mail:jhgao66@163 .com)。害 ;反缝则能逆转这种损害 ,并表现出竞争机制 ;Objective:To discuss the effects of visual deprivation on the development of the visual system in kittens.Methods:Twenty four kittens were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal(NK),monocular deprivation(MD),reverse suture(RS) and prolonged deprivation(PD). Tessellated patterns were used as stimuli to record pattern visual evoked potentials(PVEP) in all groups and results were compared.Results:①In normal kittens(NK),PVEP revealed a stable,undulated form in the N 1 P 1 amplitude and latent period during postnatal weeks(PNW) 14~16.②In monocularly deprived kittens(MDK),the amplitude was attenuated when driven by the deprived eye(P<0.01). The latent period was unstable and delayed(P<0.05).③In reverse sutured kittens(RSK),the amplitude was markedly enhanced when driven by the initially deprived eye(IDE)(P<0.05). The amplitude driven by the reverse sutured eye(RSE) or IDE tended to be quite similar.④In prolonged deprived kittens(PDK),neither the amplitude nor the latent period showed apparent change.Conclusion:Monocularly deprived kittens exhibit severe deficits in spatial and temporal sensitivity. Reverse suture can reverse these deficits and show competitive binocular mechanisms in the visual cortex. These damages do not appear in prolonged deprivation.
