猪放线杆菌溶血性毒素的研究

摘　　要：在37℃条件下,将猪放线杆菌在胰胨酵母浸出物培养基(含10mmol/LCaCl2)上培养不同时间,离心、过滤后获得不同时间无菌滤液,检验滤液对猪、牛、山羊、绵羊、驴红细胞的溶血性,结果表明这种溶血性毒素对绵羊、牛的红细胞溶血性最强,猪次之,山羊、驴最差。同时对溶血性毒素理化特性做了初步研究,结果表明:滤液经2.5g/L胰酶处理后溶血活性几乎丧失,不同温度处理后溶血活性下降,经不同pH值溶液处理后也表现出溶血活性降低和失活现象。Actinobacillus suis is cultured in pancreatic peptone yeast medium at 37 ℃. At different time, cultured liquid is centrifuged and filtered.Thus hemolytic exotoxin is acquired.We have tested hemolytic exotoxin whether it can dissolve different kinds of animals' red blood cells.The results showed that the exotoxin could completely dissolve sheep and cow red blood cells,but hardly dissolve hemolytic goat and donkey red blood cells.The exotoxin could be inactivated by 2.5 g/L pancreatic enzyme.At the same time,different temperature and pH can affect the active function of exotoxin.
