摘　　要：　通过现场访谈和问卷调查,构建了中国风险企业投资价值的评价指标体系,该评价体系包含了管理层素质、员工素质、产品与技术特性及市场销售能力及20个评价指标,并以上海生物制品有限公司为案例,详细地介绍了风险企业投资价值评价的具体过程及方法。Through spot coverage and questionnaire investigation is constructed an index system for the evaluation on the value of China's capital-backed venture firms, including 20 evaluating indexes for four categories such as quality of the managerial level, quality of staff members and workers, product and technology characteristics and market sales capacity. Taking Shanghai Biological Product Co., Ltd. as an example, the paper has delineated in detail concrete processes and approaches for the evaluation of the value of capital-backed venture firms. 
