恶性肿瘤与外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群及其酸性非组蛋白表达活性的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群及其核仁组成区酸性组蛋白表达活性的关系与临床意义。方法:采用 KL-Ⅱ型计算机免疫图象分析系统及碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP 法)对391例恶性肿瘤、223例良性肿瘤、216例正常人外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群及其 Ag-NORs 分别进行检测。结果:恶性肿瘤患者CD3、CD4降低,CD8升高,CD4/CD8比值降低。与正常组和良性肿瘤组比较具有显著性差异,其在大肠癌、淋巴瘤中体现特别明显,构成了恶性肿瘤 T 细胞亚群的特点;恶性肿瘤 T 淋巴细胞 I.S%均值与正常组或良性肿瘤组比较,具有显著统计学意义(P 均小于0.01);而良性肿瘤组与正常组比较,无显著差异。结论:恶性肿瘤患者普遍存在T细胞免疫功能低下,T 淋巴细胞 AgNORs 检测可作为肿瘤普查的一种新方法,有助于临床良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断,估计预后,判断疗效。Objective:To explore the clinic significance of the circulative Tlymphocytes and its Ag-NORs in pa-tients with malignant tumor.Methods:391 cases of patients with malignant tumor,223 cases of patients with benign tu-mor,and 216 cases of heath control are included.Tlymphcytes and its Ag-NORs in all the cases were detected by Auto-immunodiagram Analysis System(Tape KL-Ⅱ)and APAAP method.Results:Compared with the heath control and beign tumor,the levels of CD3,CD4 and the rate of CD4/CD8 decrease significantly,especially in colon cancer and lymphoma.The means of I.S% of T lymphocyte in patients with malignant tumor is decreased.Controled with the health groups of be-nign tumor groups,the difference is obvious,with P<0.01 However,the difference between benign tumor and heath con-trol is not significant Conclusion:Dys-functions of the Tlymphocytes are generalized in patients with malignant tumor.In our studies,we suggested the Ag-NORs of the T lymphocytes can act as a new method for screening malignant tumor.Further more,as a new index,it may be useful for indentifying the malignant tumor,estimating the prognosis,determining the efficacy.
