摘　　要：为促进医院发展,医院拓展了会员制医疗保健服务新领域。包括制定会员服务章程,发行会员卡,成立会员服务中心,严格医疗管理,优化服务流程,建立全程导医、全程医疗保健跟踪服务,健全急救制度,提供系列配套的个性化服务,举办会员联谊会等,以推动会员制医疗服务的发展,进而为医院谋得新的服务空间。In order to inprove the development o f hospital ,we have developed new fields of the me mbership medical service.Including a serie s of works,we worked out membership regulations,issued membership cards ,set up membership service center ,strengthened medical administration,optimized se rvice process,established medical guide and follo wed medical and health care s ervice during the whole process,perfected emergency treatment syst em the hospi tal has also offered a whole complete set of speci fic services ,including givi ng a get-together of m embers,contributing to the progress of the membership medical service,and then to gain more space of the new d evelopment for the hos pital.
