摘 要:通过对企业自组织临界态的特性、选择临界竞争战略的条件以及应遵循的原则和实施步骤的分析 ,提出一种通过改变临界态组织结构来寻求不确定环境下企业结构的稳定 ,包括临界边缘的无序平衡、时间平衡和战略变革的节奏平衡等 ,以提高企业适应环境变化的能力。The enterprises in critical condition and self organization have the properties of self organization, strong robust, being adaptive and prompt to the initializing conditions. In this paper, the following problems have been discussed, which were the characteristic of enterprise self organization and critical condition, the conditions of making choice of critical competition strategy, some principles and steps. One model that a steady strategy was achieved through changing the critical structure in the uncertain environment has been put forward, which includes critical disordered balance, time balance, and strategy innovation dancing balance. It has important guidance meaning for the enterprises that build competition advantage through innovation.
